The Super Scale Trainer has been very helpful for me. I find the combination of the visual, aural and kinetic elements really cement the information in my brain. Transferring the scales and arpeggios onto the guitar neck at practice time is made easier by having repeatedly already seen, heard and 'virtually fretted' the patterns in the game.
